An open pit mine in northern BC with 200 employees had a severe problem. The mine was starving the mill of ore and forcing the mill to idle impacting production.

Mass Confusion on Engineering Projects
An international mining company delegated engineering projects under $50 Million to the local site engineering services group.
Two very different clients with the same problem. One did custom chroming for antique cars, and the other was a small law firm in downtown Toronto. Both quoted work but failed to track actual labor and material cost resulting in significant financial challenges.
